NFA Policies
Badges: Pick up your badges on-site. They will be available at registration. Any lost or misplaced badges may be replaced for a $5 processing fee. Registrants may be required to provide a picture ID or business card to collect badges.
Cancellation Policy: Only written requests for refunds received by the NFA on or before TBD will receive a refund less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be given for the failure of the exhibiting member to provide a valid certificate of insurance for a product demonstration. All refunds will be processed after the event. If due to the COVID-19 Disaster, the NFA has to cancel the Expo then all registration fees collected prior to the cancellation being announced can be refunded to the person/company that paid them, or they can serve as the complete registration for the following year. This additional cancellation policy clause has no expiration date.
Identification: All registrants may be required to provide a picture ID or business card to collect badges, or to gain admission to the demonstrations, seminars, or trade show.
Participation: The NFA Expo is only open to NFA members and industry professionals. It is not open to the general public. Only registrants wearing an Expo badge will be allowed to attend the demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows. Supervised children 15 years old or younger may attend the event with a registrant.
Registration Names: If at the time of registration, the exact attendee names are not known, the Attendee may identify registrant(s) as Employee Number 1, etc. until TBD after TBD, a $5 fee will be charged for any name changes required and any additional attendee registrations must be done on-site.
Additional Attendees: Any additional attendees added after the cutoff deadlines will be charged the applicable
