Hotel rates are $149/night, which does not include parking at $15/day.
There are some changes to the procedures of rooms this year, due to the financial responsibility of attrition that fell upon the NFA in Rogers. Please note, these changes are to help keep any financial charges that fall upon the association at a minimum so we can continue to keep our costs reasonable. These changes are as follows:
Each person will be limited to 5 (five) rooms. If your company needs more than 5, you may use additional names to get the amount you need.
Cutoff for booking rooms is Friday, August 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST. At this point, we will reach out to you and verify your rooms and make sure anything that needs to be/can be dropped is transferred back into the block so others on the wait list can use them.
Anything dropped and classified as a late cancellation or no show under your name will be your financial responsibility.
How to Book
The group code to receive the discounted rate is “FNF”. There are three ways you can use this code to make a reservation.
The first way and the easiest is the personalized group web page. The link is listed below, I have tested it on my end, and it works great! Please let me know if you have any problems with it.
The second way is book online at www.hilton.com. From there, you will type in the following info:

Go to the Special Rates box then type in FNF under group code. Close the box and hit “Find a Hotel”. This will bring you to select Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center where you will see the group name and group rate. Click on view rates.
The third way is to call us at (260) 420-1100 and ask for reservations; you will be directed to a central reservation agent to assist them with booking a room. Please note will need to reference the group code of FNFto the agent.
Please note: Any unused rooms in the room block will be completely released at12:00 midnight on August 21, 2026.All requests received after this date will be handled on a space and rate available basis.
