As your event at the Holiday Inn of Stevens Point approaches, we would like to inform you about the different ways that guest room reservations may be made.  Please feel free to share this information with any people that may be attending your event.
1.)     Guest’s can call the hotels directly.  The phone number to the Holiday Inn Hotel and Convention Center is 715-344-0200 and the phone number to the Holiday Inn Express is 715-344-0000.
2.)     Guest’s can call 1-800-HOLIDAY.  They should reference the group block code.
3.)     Guest’s can visit the Holiday Inn Website and follow the below instructions.
To book your guest room online:
1. Go to http://www.holidayinn.com
2. Type in "Stevens Point and WI" along with the arrival and departure dates in the appropriate fields.
3. Click on the appropriate hotel - either the Holiday Inn Hotel & Convention Center or the Holiday Inn Express.
4. On the left hand side of the screen, in the area where your arrival and departure dates appear, there will be a box that "Group Code". Enter the three letter block code and search availability.

Your block code is:   NAF  and the room block will be released on August 6, 2011
